The drainage was not managed from our installation causing rising damp in our walls, which I ended up having to fix myself. One of our units (we had 2 installed) has broken down after 6 months and after initially confirming it was a warranty fault, they refuse to fix it... but they didn't make that clear until after 3 weeks of trying to get updates they finally told us to go straight to Daikin and initially lying about raising the job with Daikin. Daikin are very clear it's Central Air's responsibility to sort out and that we may be out of pocket to fix, but it's impossible to get Central Air to do anything. Central Air failed to provide the compliance certificates they're required and explicitly state they were going to in the quote. I was accused of not paying a few weeks after paying on the day of installation and them finally later confirming I'd payed exactly as they instruct on the invoice. The installation date got moved around a bunch and not communicated, including only finally getting confirmation of the day after they were already driving out... how is anyone this bad in business?
