    Five stars because yes the service is slow. But it’s good. But please remember. These customer service advisors in Bendigo Centrelink aren’t on the phone. They done cause the wait. They don’t decline your payments or make your life worse. They are simply trying to help you and be kind. Keep it up team

    I want to speak to someone about my Centrelink claim, but can't get a sensible answer only a recording. I am immune compromised and will now have to go into an office to find out what is happening. So utterly ridiculous and frustrating

    My first visit to Centrelink. I got there before the doors opened as I'd heard horror stories of the wait time.
    Arrived at 8.24. Doors opened at 8.31.
    Registration 8.33 and asked to wait.
    Centrelink staff member called me up at 8.37.
    Signed up for pension, opened and linked MyGov account to Centrelink and Medicare.
    Registered my three ID methods and the staff Member verified my Aged pension form.
    All done very politely and efficiently. I was on the road on my way home but 9.00am.
    Come at the right time and the the long waits you hear about are a myth.
